KIO™ Refund & Cancellation Policy

If you cancel the Masterclass 60 days before the start of the course KIO™ will refund 100% of your payment fees.  

If you cancel the Masterclass 30 days before the start of the course KIO™ will refund 50% of your payment fees. 

If you cancel the Masterclass after 30 days before the start of the course KIO™ will not be able to provide you with a refund of your payment fees but will offer you a place on the next available masterclass.

KIO™ can only accept your cancellation by written (email) notice informing us of your cancellation of the course. We will acknowledge your notice of cancellation and confirm to you by return of an email receipt.

If for any reason you choose not to attend or complete the course once you have started the course in Kathmandu, KIO™ will not grant you any refund of your fees.

In the extremely unlikely event that KIO™ Photography Masterclass should have to cancel a masterclass, we will let you know immediately and refund your full course fee and deposit.

KIO™ will not be responsible for non-refundable airline tickets or hotel reservations.  

KIO™ will not be liable for any loss or damage suffered by you resulting from any events during the course.  You are advised to take out full medical and travel insurance.

KIO™ Photography Masterclass course fees do not include the following:

• flights
• visa costs
• accommodation
• medical expenses 
• entrance fees to public places of interest
• taxi, motorbike or bicycle rental, busses or any other mode of transport
• food and drink (other than breakfast at the recommended hotel and the final day of lunch to exclude alcohol).
• laundry
• tips
• sim cards or mobile/telephone costs
• loss or damage to personal effects.
